ABOUT THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONSULTATION
The request will be reviewed before any approval or payment. I feel free to reject any query if I consider it necessary. I will do so with respect, and I hope you understand it. This is an energy study service and we must vibrate on the same level.
ABOUT BOOKING
Sessions are only deemed as confirmed on receipt of payment.
You will be contacted by chat, phone, or receive an email from me within 48 hours of receipt of payment to arrange your booking time.
Appointments can be scheduled anytime from 1 – 3 weeks depending on finding a mutually suitable time and factoring in time zones. Sessions can be booked early morning, throughout the day or into the evening Sunday- Friday. I will do my best to find a mutually convenient time, no matter where you are in the world.
Be sure to add themysticlights@gmail.com on your safe list so you can receive your report after the consultation (in case your request includes it).

SERVICES
After ordering and paying, you will receive an email confirmation if you have provided your email address, we can also confirm your order by phone. I will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
I will attempt to find an appointment within a few working days; however if booking time is unavailable, the date for the consultation will take a little longer.

DIGITAL DELIVERY
After booking and paying, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). I will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. I will attempt to send your order via email within 3 working days.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Appointments missed or canceled within 24 hours are considered forfeited. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to make a change to our session time because:

I may be preparing our session up to 2 or 3 days in advance.

It gives somebody else the opportunity to take that session time.
If for any unforeseeable reason I must postpone the session, I will endeavor to reschedule you as soon as possible.
A full refund can also be provided upon request.
